Occasionally
we offer open enrollment seminars to provide an opportunity for
one or more people to participate in training without having to
arrange an in-house program. The seminars we offer are those we
judge to be in demand based on what our clients have requested most
frequently.

Relationships – September

positive approach to helping people make sure that others will not

skills to assure that we handle ourselves with others in a manner
that is most likely to be perceived as appropriate, tactful, courteous
and respectful. This workshop teaches what to do, how to do it,
and provides practice opportunities to start skill development.
This training has been used internally by financial institutions,
an auto dealership, local government agencies and others. Enrollment

Webinars
What
is a webinar? Participants log in on
a web conference site and call in with a toll-free telephone number
to watch the slides on a computer monitor (or project them onto
a screen) and hear the audio presentation. Our webinars allow the
participants to ask questions verbally or by typing in on the conference
screen (some webinars mute the participants). You may participate
alone or with others in your organization.
Our
webinars are designed to provide you and others in your organization
an opportunity to learn proven practical techniques and tools praised
by our hundreds of client organizations and tens of thousands of
individuals who have participated in our training programs. Each
webinar is focused on a few major topics with an emphasis on what
to do and how to do it to achieve the learning objectives.
YOU
PAY ONLY A SINGLE FEE!
We suggest that you limit webinar participation at your location
to 6-10 people to allow maximum participation. We encourage verbal
involvement during the webinar and larger groups tend to limit involvement
in the learning process. By having small groups participate in different
locations simultaneously they learn more than they would in large
groups.
"The
webinar greatly exceeded my expectations. I thoroughly enjoyed the
interactivity via telephone – an unexpected bonus. The information
was timely and helpful. Thank you so much!" — HR
Manager, South Denver Anesthesiologists, P.C.
"I
was very impressed with your webinar this morning. Two thumbs up!"
— Susan O'Neill, Human Resources Specialist, Arapahoe
County, CO
You
may schedule a private offering of any of these webinars for your
organization. For as little as $200 you can have any number of
people participate in a program customized for your organization!
Below are brief descriptions of a variety of webinars available.
We also can design new programs to address topics of your choice
for a slightly higher fee. Please call us at 303-998-0248 to discuss
how we can help you with webinar training for your organization.

what you want? This "What To Do - How To Do It" webinar
gives you the answers and a step-by-step approach to use Caring
Confrontation to get a real commitment for change. It works! How
do you assure that employees will continue doing what they do
well? Learn the "Secret of Successful Managers" in this
program that anyone can learn to use to get desired behavior repeated

How
To Facilitate A Problem Solving Discussion -
60 minutes
If
a supervisor or manager jumps in with a solution or just tells
an employee what to do, the employee only learns to depend on
the supervisor. The manager eventually burns out because he/she
is doing work that the employee is supposed to do! Learning how
to help employees do their own thinking by involving them in the
problem solving process is a coaching technique that helps develop
employees, builds their confidence, encourages initiative and
accountability, and saves the supervisor a lot of time in the
future because employees will handle situations on their own!
